Brand new luxury private villa in Candidasa, Bali. Available for holiday rentals from Februari 2018.
Located in Candidasa, Villa Rizki Candidasa provides accommodation for up to 6 persons, with a private swimming pool and tropical garden. Close to the beach. Full Balinese breakfast and housekeeping staff included.
This brand new (late 2017) air-conditioned, 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home comes with a large open seating area, a kitchen with large freezer/fridge, fiber optics free WiFi Internet and flat-screen cable TV.
The villa has a large living/kitchen area with large master- bedroom and bath room. The 2 guest rooms too are spacious, clean and comfortable and connected to the separate guest bathroom and private part of the tropical garden. Privacy for all during full occupancy was part of the original design. The villa -designed in 2016 by its Dutch owners- was build in cooperation with their Balinese manager. The project was finished in the fall of 2017.

The villa was build as the holiday residence for its owners - a Dutch couple from Amsterdam- and their guests. However, during their absence, many months of the year the villa is available for holiday rental.
A lot of thought went into preserving privacy for guests in both sections of the villa (master and guest section) during full occupancy. This also enables comfortable 'Bed and Breakfast' availability (only in periods when the owners are present), renting out the 2 guest rooms and its bathroom for short or longer stays. Breakfast is served by our friendly professional staff on your private veranda or in the grand living room.
Candidasa is Bali’s best kept secret, well away from the Kuta/Seminyak tourist craze. But not too remote: with many great restaurants, warungs, shops and a very friendly - still traditional local population. The ideal place to enjoy the best Bali has to offer.
Located in an official Bali ‘safe zone’ - fully protected by a ring of mountains surrounding the village from any outbursts of the Mt. Agung volcano should they ever occur.
The best central place to start excursions or visits to all parts of the island. Nearby Padang Bai harbour is the best starting place for a quick boat trip to the beautiful Gili Islands, Nusa Penida or even Lombok.
Rates vary due to season, availability and configuration, but if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a private villa spending less than you would for a hotel room, this is a no brainer.
